How often do you shop for groceries?

I stop and grocery shop almost everyday after work. I don't grocery shop on the weekends. Too many weekend warriors with double shopping carts full to the brim and kids running all over the place so on Friday night I buy enough for the weekend. I basically shop for that evening's dinner (and maybe lunch if there's anything left over). I do have a well stocked pantry more for emergencies, I have dry goods, different types of flour and grains, canned tomatoes, etc.

every couple of days, but on this last Sunday I actually went three times, to two different stores!

As infrequently as possible. Usually my wife does the grocery shopping because I loathe the local grocery stores with a passion. She finds it easier to do the shopping without me, which works just fine for me too. It means she can go and do the groceries while I can get on with stuff in the house. When she goes to buy groceries while I take the pipework under the sink apart to clear a blockage, or get covered in grime and debris working in the attic, or have to wear a respirator while pulling down drywall in 100-degree heat, I think she's quite happy with the arrangement.

I am such a lazy guy i leave that to my parents. I eat and enjoy rather than go for shopping

My wife does the bulk of grocery shopping once a week but with her working from home and me not she knows she can text me before I head home and I’ll pick up anything she’s needing between her weekly shopping.
