How many different houses

How many different houses have you lived in in your life, and do you view that positively or negatively? Why?

I've lived in...about 8 different houses, 3 of them my own. I don't really view it negatively and have dreams about most of the houses. One of them was from when I was about a year and a half old and I remember certain rooms and experiences that happened in those rooms.

Honestly, I have no idea. My parents travelled a lot when I was very small and I have no memory of most of it.

Starting from the age I remember, I think 7 if you include student accommodation. I've considered a different room in the same hall of residence to be the same house for these purposes.

Now in my 15th home - a retirement flat.

7 houses and 7 apartments if I counted correctly. When we bought the one we live in now, I knew what I did or did not want. Half were growing up and before marriage. The others since marriage.
