I think figuring out what triggers the headaches is a start. I get sinus headaches every now and again, so I know what to take to fix that...and it's usually a decongestant. But maybe some of your headaches are stress headaches? Or too much screen time? It's something you can try to figure out and go from there.

In my younger years, before my hysterectomy, I would get headaches along with my cycle. Since I also had 3 young ones, I discovered chiropractic care worked best. OR I could take the heavy duty medications and be worthless for 3 days.

I see on another post of yours, that you do have issues with your cycle. These headaches could be addressed that route first to see if your cycle is the trigger.

sometimes putting heat on the back on my neck helps. Other times I just need to take some sinus meds and go lay down for a while

I thankfully don't have a cycle anymore!! I'm on birth control and having had a period in over a year or so.

If you're on the computer a lot it could easily be eye strain. If you look at a bright screen in a dark room that can cause problems. Sometimes if I sleep in a room that's too light I wake with a headache because my eyes tried to push too far up to shut out the light, and the result is my eye muscles hurt but it feels like a headache.

Some people can struggle with headaches because of stuff in the air (which could be pollen, perfumes, paint fumes etc). If you're dehydrated that can cause headaches. I find if I drink more water and my headache gets worse it means that the water is going through me too fast, so I drink water with electrolytes in it and that helps.

Usual disclaimers - if you have specific medical issues talk to a doctor who knows you and your conditions rather than strangers on the internet who don't.

Dehydration can cause headaches. Plenty of fluids!

I used to have pre-menstrual and menstrual headaches. Nothing worked for me either.
