Because at this point, it's already become what seems to be a weird obsession that occupies your mind.

Just in the short time that I've been here, I've noticed a bit of a common theme in the threads you start--

"This was bad"-- your sisters saw you in your underwear or something
"What if" --you saw your friend naked
"This was embarrassing" -someone saw you changing
"Wardrobe malfunction"

From here it's either Harry Potter, Star Trek, Witchcraft, Poltergeist, Super Powers, or some other nonsense. Do you ever have a serious thought? People tend not to reply because none of these topics are particularly interesting to folks that gather on a Christian forum, many or most of whom come here to discuss theological perspectives on scripture.

Someone needs to speak truth to you.

It might be worth thinking of something else to post about.

I kinda get the impression that most people over the age of about 12 don't spend a lot of time worrying about how embarrassing it must be if someone sees you in your underpants, and for most situations it's really not that hard to avoid being seen in a state of greater undress than is appropriate. Yes, sometimes things slip and sometimes people walk in unexpectedly but most people just chalk it up to experience and move on rather than dwelling on how embarrassing it all was.

I was at a pool once and my shorts came off.

It's quite an achievement to lose your shorts completely. I'd say you'd have to try quite hard to make that happen, based on my experience of swimming and having never even had my shorts fall down let alone come off completely.
