Yes, I have. There are times when client's of mine have had to go to the hospital. I have had to call 911 because of a client's actions a couple of times. They end up staying at the hospital for a week until they are stable.

Yes and Yes. This person fell off the wagon and did not show up for work and did not call. No answer of the phone and no answering of the door when another employee went to their house. She did end up going to rehab and ws able to retain her job when getting out.
