I believe Christianity has encompassed the entire world. That being said, why do Christians constantly pursue Christianizing government policies?
Gospel tells us that this world is doomed to suffer a great and terrible judgment, Revelation tells us to let the Holy remain Holy and the evil doers to die in their sins.
I am not saying that we should zip our lips of the saving Gospel but when it comes to insisting we shove those who reject Christ into a sort of Christian utopian worldview I find it 100% ineffective and detrimental toward our composure.
I believe we often tend to get so heavenly involved with the laws and elements of national politics that we expose ourselves to it's adverse influence, which is the illusion that it's somehow possible for the entire Christian body to agree on any particular world matter.

I may have a major dislike for the current administration and the way the world is going, even in anger, but other than venting with those in agreement and casting a vote there really isn't anything I can do to change the outcome, I can only accept it for what it is and move on.

Your thoughts?

The OP has a couple different topics...not sure which one is the main one though?

But yes, the Gospel has been spread throughout the world.

As for the government, I think it's important that Christians vote people in who have similar ideals and morals. That doesn't mean that God will always put a believer in authority over us and He didn't always do that in the bible either.

I don't agree with this. According to the Joshua project, there are 7,403 unreached people groups throughout the world.

The definition of unreached people group for the Joshua Project is : An unreached or least-reached people is a people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance.

Many of these groups are in remote areas of Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. They each have a specific culture and language and have little or no Christian church and a very small percent (if any) identify as Christians.

Are you talking about people or the areas? I was talking about the areas, not each person.

I'm talked about people groups that make up substantial populations in some countries. Not each individual person but groups of people that have not heard about Christ. They are usually subgroups/tribes in countries like India and Nepal.

The Joshua Project is one of many missions organizations working to reach those groups.
