I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ & that God has raised Him from the dead & therefore I am saved. I believe the Holy Spirit is the Divine Witness of the Son in seeking His glory & He does that through us, which has to include worship ( John 15:26-27 & John 16:13-14. The Holy Spirit is 1 of the 3 Witnesses within the One God, but I can find no scripture that teaches the practice of the worship of the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son, but there are scripture that teaches the Father's will in how we are to come to the Father in worship by only one way; John 14:6 & how His judgment is in only honoring the Son when we seek to honor the Father, because the moment we stop honoring the Son, we are not honoring the Father; John 5:22-23. Paul stressed this as the mind of Christ to have in obedience in worship in Philippians 2:5-13. Thanks to Him, these scriptures explain why no one can justify the practice for the worship of the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son by the scripture, because there are scripture specifying the only way to worship God by because the glory of God rests on His Son in John 13:31-32.

So I do believe in the Triune God & that the Holy Spirit is God & One of the Three Witnesses within One God, but the Nicene creed of 325 A.D. got modified in 381 A.D. for why I do not agree with the Nicene creed because it was then it introduced the practice of worshiping the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son. I have searched the internet & found them list Genesis 1:2 that talks bout the Holy Spirit but doesn't teach the practice of the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son. I know we prophesy in part & know in part, but I believe it is an unBiblical assumption that just because the Holy Spirit is God of the Triune God that He is to be worshiped when He dwells in us to testify of the Son to seek the glory of the Son & that has to include worship & not just outreach ministry.

On observation, those who do not believe "slain in the spirit" & holy laughter movement is of God, then ask yourself why God would allow the devil to respond in causing confusion when they address or seek the "visit" of the Holy Spirit to fall on them in worship? The native American Indians dance & chant for the Great Spirit to come & history has them accounting being drunk with alcohol as the same effect as communing with the Great Spirit. So how can God call these sinners to depart from those spirits to a personal reconciled relationship with God except only thru the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ? That is the only way we can keep our eyes on the Bridegroom from the spirits of the antichrist that comes to the worship place to take our eyes off of Him in worship since "antichrist" means "Instead of Christ" or to be precise "instead of the Son".

Matthew 7:13-27 warns about the broadening of the way ( verses 13-14 ) by false prophets being ecumenical in nature as gathering grapes of thorns & figs of thistles ( verses 15-17 )& how they wind up being workers of iniquity for climbing up around the Son ( John 10:1 & 14:6 ) for those "miracles" to happen ( verses 21-23 ) for why they are falling down ( verses 24-27 ). So to avoid that iniquity & to avoid from being left behind is Jesus saying this in Luke 13:24-30 to strive to enter thru that narrow gate.

So I believe the Holy Spirit is God & can be grieved personally per Ephesians 4:30 for why He is not going anywhere as we are sealed unto that day of redemption, but I am explaining why I do not agree with everything the Nicene creed of 381 A.D. dictates. I believe there are no scripture teaching that practice but there are scripture explaining why there are no scripture teaching that practice ( John 5:39-40 ).

When seeing the sinners in the world & their pagan supernatural tongue which is gibberish nonsense is why I believe the real God's gift of tongues is a foreign language unknow to the tongue speaker for the purpose of God speaking unto the people ( not angels ) per 1 Corinthians 14:20-22 & not to serve as a sign nor "proof" to the believer for anything other than that.

So there is no receiving the Holy Spirit "again" apart from salvation with evidence of tongues. That is why that tongue is gibberish nonsense. God wouldn't mimic that pagan's tongues for how can a church know those sinners have repented from their practice when praying to idols or to the dead ( Isaiah 8:19 )?

John 7: 7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that its works are evil. KJV

1 Corinthians 12:4-14,19-21 reproves believers for misreading & misapplying Paul's words in 14th chapter because there is only one drink of the One Spirit that we ALL had been baptized by as it relates to how we are members of the body & that gifts are not received by having another drink of the One Spirit. Indeed, the notion that because it cannot be interpreted so it must be for private use is reproved in 1 Corinthians 12:19-21. The fact that they try to explain all the benefits for tongues for private use is the same as that believer not needing any other member of the body which verses 19-21 reproves.

Plus John 16:13 in all Bible versions says the Holy Spirit can only speak what He hears & that He cannot speak for Himself. Romans 8:26-27 in the KJV confirms the keeping of that truth in all Bible versions of John 16:13 by citing that not even His groanings can be uttered in Romans 8:26 for why the "he" in Romans 8:27 is the Lord Jesus Christ, the Word of God for He is the One that searches our hearts of Whom we have to answer to in Hebrews 4:12-16 & so Jesus is the One that knows the mind of the Spirit for HOW His silent intercessions is given to the Father because there is only One Mediator between God & men, the man Christ Jesus per 1 Timothy 2:5. This is in according to the will of God so that the Father may be glorified in the Son for answers to prayers in John 13:14. That means the Son gives the Spirit's silent intercessions, His own intercessions, & our intercessions to God the Father & whichever ones the Father agrees to, the Son answers the prayer. The Holy Spirit plays the part in the answer of prayers BUT the Holy Spirit gives the credit & glory to the Son per John 16:14-15.

That is what the Lord Jesus Christ thru the Holy Spirit in me has taught me through His words as kept in the KJV. I acknowledged that I am not perfect yet & still growing in the Lord until He brings us Home face to face whether at the rapture as the firstfruits when He judges His House first per 1 Peter 4:17-19 & 1 Corinthians 3:10-17 & Revelation 2:18-25 or for those unrepentant saints left behind to be resurrected after the great tribulation for not being found abiding in Him per John 12:40-49 nor being willing to go per Luke 21:34-36 & Luke 14:15-33 & Luke 17:26-37 BUT He loses none ( John 6:38-40 & 2 Timothy 2:10-13 )

So, that is why you will not be seeing me posting in Christian only forum since the rules of the forum requires me to agree with everything about the Trinity & the Nicene creed. I am open to anyone helping me find the verse that teaches the practice of worshiping the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son. I did search on the internet & other Christian forums but to no avail, but again, there are scripture explaining why no one can show me scripture that teaches the church to do that but there are scripture putting the spotlight only on the Son if we wish to glorify & honor God the Father by in worship.

Anyway, I do not expect anyone to address those issues in this welcoming area, but I am explaining my legitimate concerns for why I do not agree with everything the Nicene creed teaches & aware of the consequences for ignoring the commandment of His invitation in how to come to the Father John 14:6

I do greet you all in the name of Jesus Christ & I hope to grow some more as I rely on God to cause the increase here in the knowledge of Him. Thanks.

Thank you for the welcome.

I try to be forthcoming in where I am coming from. It seems like sharing where I am in my walk with the Lord is the best place to start. :)
