Got excused from Jury Duty after vaccine questionnaire

Not sure if it's from the vaccine question or from the other questions on being around anyone who has coughed, sneezed, had runny nose, headache, fatigue, congestion, sore throat etc or if I had any of those symptoms in the past 48 hours. Over the weekend our temperature in Texas dropped from 83 to feels like 28 degrees, so naturally I felt fatigue and had a stuffy nose with a slight headache.

Just about everyone was getting turned away automatically after the questionnaire.
I worked from 3am to 7am, I wake up at 1am for this shift because the job is an hour away, so I think I just lost 4 hours! They gave me an excuse not but I hardly doubt my job will pay me those hours without using my PTO.

Hope they don't summon me back anytime soon.

I believe so, seems they found a loophole to discriminate because they don't tell you exactly WHY you are excused being everyone is around you and they can't announce your status publicly.

I did put down that I had congestion... maybe I might have omicron?! Oh nose!

No not really, my job still paid four hours, I worked the first four in the morning 3am to 7am

I don't think the vax will of been the issue. Isn't it more likely to be that you were around potentially sick people...?

Perhaps, although the questionnaires I did see of those who were accepted had their vaccine card attached to it.

You could be correct.

I went for my mammogram last week and they asked about being vaxx'd on the form I had to fill out giving the okay to do the imaging. They wanted to know more than a yes or no, they wanted actual vaccination dates and which one!!! I thought, if I weren't vaxx'd were they going to deny me the imaging??? This world has gone nuts.
