Revelation 19
20 And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed in its presence the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. 21 And the rest were killed by the sword of the rider on the horse, the sword that came from his mouth; and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.
Except for the beast and false prophet the rest of God's enemies are killed by the sword of Christ according to verse 21.
Consequently, it means that God's Kingdom cannot be any liberal democracy whereby Jesus would have an abundance of domestic foes, because practically speaking, such domestic enemies could never be killed at all in a democratic and free society.
On the other hand, it is still true that democratic countries are able to kill foreign enemies who are on foreign soil, assuming there is a state of war between the two countries.
