In today's society, I'm surprised that people aren't yelling at God for not coming to earth in the form of woman. What are your thoughts on God coming to earth in the form of man instead of woman?

I have encountered in the past certain people who want to make the Bible more gender acceptable by removing all the masculine pronouns in it when referring to God. And you always hear some one say 'she' when talking about God, showing their disapproval that the Biblical God is a 'He'. If I were to hear of it from some so called Christian, I wouldn't like it, but I wouldn't be surprised in today's society.

God came to earth as a Man, Jesus Christ, because God is masculine. A Male. Jesus Christ is the 'express image of his person'. (Heb. 1:3) Which means in every way, not just in His attributes . Jesus Christ looked how He looked, because that is what God looks like. Quite amazing to think about. When you see Jesus face, it is the face of God.

Just because God is Spirit, doesn't mean He isn't Male. He is. Just like all angels are male, never female. The effort to make God feminine is of Satanic origin.

God came to earth as a Man because He is masculine. He could come no other way. Scripture simply declares it. It doesn't set out to prove or disprove it. On par with God's existence. Scripture simply declares it. "In the beginning God" (Gen. 1:1)

The Spiritual works in a particular way. There may be rules. Certain spirits, they have had a character. God is love. Gods' love is Fatherly. Given someone is working to grow in faith with God, they may know him by his character.

But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. (1 Corinthians 11:3)

Given we are theologically right with the Bible, everything we say my be level with scripture. A lot of people have liked to selectively read, or try to project ideology onto God and the Bible. A man should be meek before God.

Faith is like a marriage. It is a journey. A man and woman, they may learn things about God and creation, in their marriage, as they grow in faith with each other, and with God, given they have the right perspective. A woman who was a Feminist, she may be missing out due to her false perspectives, being stumbling blocks or barriers, keeping her from growing in faith.

Woman is meek before her husband. Man is meek before God.

22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. (Ephesians 5:22-23)

A woman who was a feminist, she wanted to be equal. That is some spirit, not God. It may hurt her, and her husband, growing in faith.

This is not really a gender issue, rather, it's an origins issue.

In the beginning, Adam embodied both genders seeing as how Eve was eventually
constructed with material taken from his body.

Had the Word's flesh entered the world of mankind as a woman, then men wouldn't
have representation on the cross because the man was constructed with dirt rather
than material taken from the woman's body, i.e. in principle, women don't embody
both genders. (1Cor 11:8)

For example: when Eve tasted the forbidden fruit, nothing happened; both she and
Adam remained as unashamed in the buff as before. It wasn't till Adam tasted the
fruit that they became sensitive about their appearance. In principle; the cross works
very much like that, i.e. had the Word gone to the cross as a woman instead of
a man, then everyone-- both men and women --would end up lost.

It was his choice; we don't need to question it.

I'm with you, but there are some who feel God should have been a woman. I don't think they should tell God what to do, but there are people who have elevated feminism way too much in the US.

People who claim to believe in God often depend on their reasoning powers instead of on the Bible to guide their thoughts, sadly.
