Foot problems

I fell last Monday on ice and broke my toe, sprained my ankle and may have cracked a rib or two. I will have to wear a boot for the next couple of weeks

as for foot problems .. the biggest problem i have with feet is removing them from my mouth from time to time :biglaugh:

Ow. I bet the sprain hurts worse than the broken toe? Broken ribs are pretty nasty too, didn't they give you a wrap to help hold them in place when you breathe that it won't hurt as much? I'll pray for you that you heal quickly.

They didn't do anything for the ribs except offer me pain meds which I declined. Most pain meds make me sleepy

Yep, I don't like pain meds too. They leave me feeling drugged and nauseous.

Same here with pain meds plus I have too many allergies. There are wraps for broken ribs that are under $20 so if it gets too bad, having that might help?

Ouch! I will be praying for your speedy recovery. Use some herbs for your pain like cats claw and marjoram. Supplement for bone health with some vitamin D3 and K2. Do not take any calcium supplements.
