I work the graveyard shift. I have been battling insomnia lately. What are some tips to help? I know one is getting away from cellphones and computers.

Cellphones and computers are as much about avoiding blue light as anything else.

Without knowing what might be causing insomnia it's hard to suggest a solution. The standard approach is to make sure your room is dark and cool, avoid doing things in your bedroom that should be done elsewhere (e.g. watching TV in bed lets your brain associate lying in bed with being entertained rather than sleeping), avoid caffeine and alcohol right before bed etc.

Some people find warm milk before bed helps them sleep. I find it helps me sleep at first but too much dairy before bed causes nasal congestion for me, so I end up disturbed because of that.
