Extinction is part of the process of human evolution.

Countless ethnicities have become extinct throughout history, which predates civilisation itself.

Consequently, there is no reason at all to assume that extinctions wouldn't continue into the future for indefinite.

Please comment.

Human evolution? The Bible says God created Adam and Eve, the first man and woman. There is one human race. The major divisions into different peoples occurred from the Tower of Babel event.

What does it mean that ethnicities have become extinct? You mean certain ethnic groups have died off? Or did they just blend into the larger population through intermarriage?

We have civilization recorded as early as Genesis Chapter 4 or not long after creation (apparently within the first 130 years of creation). So it does not appear that there was much history before civilization.
