That's sad news. Electric seems to be the wave of the future, for reasons that may be a bit misguided, at the expense of the true "driver's experience"
And yet, the pick-up and SUV seem to have long lives in front of them, with restrictive costs outside the realm of mass consumers

They will be back due to customer demand. I guarantee it. You can’t feature a car in 9 Fast and Furious movies and then just discontinue it without public uproar.
