I saw two recently that are on Netflix and they are good.

God Knows Where I Am is about a homeless woman that was found dead and they found her journal which she was writing in. It's honestly a little sad.

I also saw Senna a documentary about a famous race car driver that was killed during a race in 1994. Its kinda sad too.

Both I would recommend.

I love documentaries!
I'm really into church history documentaries
Here are some of my top favorite films by Adullam, the narration may seem bias but it really isn't at all, he cites all the claims with fact check/markers and other times he just ask questions but isn't coming off as assuming anything...
The first two are on the history of the Bible and the reformation, the third is on Washington DC monuments and freemasonry influence...
