Do the Big Weather Changes Make You Sleep?

Every time it gets really cold fast here, like it has, I tend to sleep more. Today I went to sleep 3 times on the couch; I guess I am hibernating! Suzy dog was sleeping right next to me. It felt so good to sleep the day away. I had lots of very vivid dreams, too. In one dream I had 4 cars for sale. I was also walking around parking lots cleaning peoples cars that were kind of dirty. Haha.

When it's raining I am more tired but I think it's the drop in barometric pressure that does that to me.

you can come clean my car anytime you want. it really needs it.
The colder weather makes my neck hurt more where I have some arthritis, but I haven't noticed it impact my sleep at all.

the weather here has been wildly fluctuating lately. Started the week Sunday morning at 5 degrees. Then by Thursday it was 60 and now it is back to 40 with snow predicted on Wednesday. Make up your mind already

What I eat, drink and smoke, or what I did in the previous few days is a far better indicator of whether I'm going to be sleepy or not. Barring pleasant rainy afternoons and evenings that I enjoy sleeping through, most of the time the weather makes no difference or if it does it hinders sleep, as when it is hot and humid.
