Aww that's sweet! We used to have a mini schnauzer and she wasn't too cuddly.
My daughter's guinea pig, after the momma guinea pig died, was super cuddly. She enjoyed being in a blanket on my chest while I rocked her on my family room glider rocker. She would come up to my cheek and give me licks.

It depends how you define cuddly.
In the traditional sense I'd say a cat. If we're open to less traditional interpretations of what it means to be cuddly I'd consider a snake.
