Creationism versus Traducianism of the soul

Does God create a new soul at the point of conception for the new human or is the new humans soul generated out of the parents soul?

If the first, why does God create a sinful fallen soul and not just a already redeemed one, if the second why aren't the children of redeemed parents already redeemed?

Does God create a new soul at the point of conception for the new human

God completed creation in six days and then went on sabbatical. (Gen 2:1-3)

The first six days were bounded by evenings and mornings, i.e. they had
beginnings and endings. The seventh day isn't bounded, viz: God has yet to pick up
where He left off. In other words; there is no such thing as a new human soul-- all
are reproductions of Adam's soul.

This element of our existence is very important when it comes to interpreting
passages like Rom 5:12-21 & 1Cor 15:22, viz: were we not all reproductions of
Adam's soul, God would have a difficult time explaining Himself for sentencing us
all to death as joint principals in Adam's mistake per the forbidden fruit incident.

If the first, why does God create a sinful fallen soul

The so-called sin nature (a.k.a. fallen nature) isn't a creation, rather, it's a
modification; sort of like back in the day when hot rod enthusiasts tampered with
carburetion, ignition timing, compression ratios, and cam shafts to make factory
cars go faster.

The obvious grease monkey's wrench in the modification of human nature is the
Serpent a.k.a. the Devil (Rev 20:2) He has the power of death (Heb 2:14) and the
ability to tamper with the human body and the human mind in ways not easily
detected. (e.g. Luke 13:16, Mark 5:1-5, and Eph 2:2) When Jesus told his
opponents that they were of their father the Devil; he wasn't being rhetorical,
rather, simply stating a fact of life.
