I think that the video clip is doctored. Notice how the 'screen' moves as the angle of view shifts slightly? That's because it is CGI.

Not elaborate, a fairly simple hoax. It may have been done on a home PC with not too much 'technology' needed.

im saying fake .. a couple of years ago samsung advertised at a conference their flexible screens (could wrap around the wrist type of thing ..or they made it look like the did .. and we still haven't see it hit the market yet ,let alone this .
but im saying fake based on watching the clip ..if you look close the guy in the bath ..his skin does not flex at his touch .if you touch the very soft underside of your wrist ..it flexes VERY easily at your ouch .. so im calling it fake .

as for being concerned by it as an end times thing.. .. the tech used makes no difference .. the muslims already use a sign .. you put it on a bandana and wrap it around your forehead as a "mark" of submitting to them .. you see high tech or low tech .. doesn't make any difference
