I usually wear dress pants and a sweater. On rare occasions I'll wear a skirt and top or a dress, but I get so cold that I can't do that often.

I don't get dressed up to go to church. I wear what I normally wear jeans and a nice shirt

Whatever's comfortable and reasonably presentable.
In the winter that usually means jeans and a T-shirt. In the summer, shorts and a T-shirt. I leave the ratty T-shirts at home. If I'm doing something where I'll be the focus of attention for a while I'll dress a little nicer - if I'm leading the service or preaching. If I'm leading something that involves the kids the focus is on them rather than me, so I dress more or less like I usually do.

Nice slack pants, long sleeve dress shirt, tie. In cooler weather, a sport coat (I have a nice beige corduroy one that is my fave). My beloved wears a nice dress, appropriate to the season.
But being a SoCal beach town, at my church, pretty much anything goes. Kids often wear shorts . Guys may wear shorts and a T-shirt or maybe a suit - pretty much all over the place.
As a kid and teen, I ALWAYS wore shorts and a T-shirt - no matter the weather, even in the rain; in fact, around the house, I skipped the t-shirt and just wore shorts. BUT I dressed up for worship - at first because my parents required it and later because I wanted to. For years, that was the only time I dressed up and didn't wear shorts.
