Children's pics on social media/church website

How do you feel about showing pics of the children at your church on social media or the church website?

Let the parents decide - my last church asked parents to sign a consent form to allow pictures of their kids on the web site. I don't think any parents declined. If anyone indicated an objection to appearing on the web site any pictures with them in it would either be cropped to remove them or just not uploaded.
