That seems to be true to at least some extent. However there are factors that you might not have considered.. In WW1 the damage inflicted by chemical weapons was so ghastly that after the war both sides agreed to ban it. In WW2 Hitler had chemical weapons but refused to permit their use perhaps because of his personal experience of them. Chemical weapons are also subject to the vagaries of wind direction. In addition we are finding the hard way that chemicals like Agent Orange have long term effects on the people employing them that were completely unanticipated.

Agent orange is nasty.
Its an endocrine agent that expeeds cancer .
It kills a person within 10 yrs min.
