Can Satan cause someone to have any physical ailments or disease?

I tend to believe he can to certain individuals. But this must be viewed through God's knowledge of all who are His.

With Job, a child of God, Satan could do nothing to him until God's protection was removed. (Job 1:10) But when God did remove that protection, Satan was able to affect sickness upon Job. (Job 2:7)

And I believe this is true of all believers. I'm not saying all sickness a believer gets is from Satan. It may just be he caught a sickness. But if it is from Satan, it is only because God removed His protection and for His purpose.

As to those who are not God's people, and God knows who all are, I tend to believe Satan has a freer hand in directing sickness on someone, for whatever reason. But even then God may not allow it for His reasons. And just because a person who is not one of God's people gets sick, doesn't mean it directly came from Satan. He may just have caught a sickness.

One thing for sure, all sickness and disease of man originated with Satan as he caused the fall.

Just my opinion.

Brings up an interesting question. Do fallen angels ever get sick? Or, if not, why not?

From whence did Eve obtain the so-called fallen nature?

Well; it didn't come from the forbidden fruit because Eve tasted it first; and when
she did, nothing happened. She remained just as shameless in the buff as before. It
wasn't till Adam tasted the fruit that she became sensitive about her appearance.

Nor did Eve's new awareness of herself come from Adam because she was already
fully formed and constructed with material taken from Adam's body prior to his
tasting the fruit so it was too late for him to transfer the fallen nature to her by
heredity and/or reproduction.

Mr. Serpent-- a.k.a. the Devil and Satan (Rev 20:2) --is the logical source. He has
the power of death (Heb 2:14) and the ability to tamper with the human body and
the human mind in ways not easily detected; e.g. Luke 13:16, Mark 5:1-5, Eph 2:2.

The fall of mankind was because both Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit, not just Adam. Adam was the head of the household and God gave the responsibility to Him.

The fall of mankind was because both Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit, not just Adam.

I disagree because Rom 5:12-21 says sin, condemnation, and death befell mankind
due to one man acting alone just as righteousness, justification, and eternal life are
available to mankind due to one man acting alone.

Also, Rom 5:14 says Adam is an analogy. When people try to shoe-horn Eve into it,
they only succeed in distorting the analogy and muddying the waters.

NOTE: the Greek word translated "justification" basically pertains to acquittal;
defined as an adjudication of innocence due to a lack of sufficient evidence to
convict. So then, just as unification with Adam makes all joint principals in his
disobedience relative to the forbidden fruit incident, so unification with Christ
makes all joint principals in his compliance relative to the cross; so that when the
books are opened per Rev 20:11-15, the pages that would normally list their
offenses will be blank just as if they had never been anything but 100% innocent
their entire lives; which has to be like the best news ever heard by folks with a lot
to answer for.

For example; former US President Gerald Ford pardoned former US President
Richard Nixon, but although the pardon kept Mr. Nixon out of prison, it did nothing
to clear his name, viz: he's still in history for criminal conduct. So then; the thing
that Mr. Nixon really needed was exoneration which, though impossible in most any
of the world's normal criminal justice systems, is very possible in Heaven's system
via unification with Christ.
