What's your experience with corporate forms and feedback?
I contacted a worldwide corporate business today - rather - attempted to contact. The website was poorly set up. I listed my state, but the suburbs weren't alphabetized...so there were hundreds of them to sift through. I left a phone number - but the website said it was invalid (it wasn't). The "contact us" number merely told me the twitter and facebook address without hooking me up with an actual person.
Seemed to me that the options were there without any kind of real human feedback as a cost saving measure. If the website is faulty, no one in the business will ever know - because you can't get through. It's all automated and if your details or info you provided doesn't match their algorithms, too bad - you'll never get your feedback through.
