When a will in involved. I know everyone deals with grief differently but if it brings out the senseless greed in you.. wow.
I've seen that happen in families, especially when no will is involved. My sister and I talked already about what will happen when our father passes, and most of the stuff I'm letting her have first choices. She holds onto items for memories more than I do, so it means much more to her. As for the house, if she is in need of housing at that time, then I'm not going to make my sister homeless, she'll get to live there. For now, she's doing okay, so it most likely won't be an issue.
