WHAT is wrong with that man????? He was supposed to be the President to unify the country, and yet he talks trash!

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said.

Nah, he's right. He didn't call all of Trump's supporters "garbage". He said that the only garbage he saw at a rally where the entire country of Puerto Rico was labeled "a floating island of garbage" were Trump's supporters. Which is pretty much true. Can you hear any booing from the audience at that joke? Nope. Only cheering. Xenophobic people who support closing the borders of a country founded by immigrants have a garbage morality.

Republicans aren't against immigrants. We're against people entering our country illegally, without going through the proper channels and being vetted.

I do believe the White House when they say he misspoke with this. I'm sure they gave him that transcript and he absolutely butchered it. It's tough, he just shot Kamala's campaign in the foot for no reason.

Someone decided to alter the original transcript though, by adding an apostrophe (which still doesn't make sense) and is a big no-no.

I think Biden is trying to stab Harris in the back. He keeps doing this stuff.

Well, there is a lot of child traffiking going on, a lot of dark stuff and, of course, democrats are bringing in votes, just like they did with the Irish in the 1800s. Who are we kidding here? Now, if the Republicans had a different candidate, he could communicate those ideas without being rude, but that's not the case.

Rudeness is on both sides. I mean, look at all the smack Biden is dishing out and Kamala isn't distancing herself from it.

You mean just like the European settlers did when they took over the land of the Indigenous tribes a few centuries ago?

The indigenous tribes didn't form countries. They traveled around into areas of the lands. Did you know that?

They formed tribes, which were governed by local tribal rules. Rules that the settlers did not abide by. I don't see the relevance of what their polity was called or how complex it was.

Hopefully, we can agree that it is immoral to go to any tribe in Africa and attack them to take their land. Even if their community doesn't identify as a country or even have the concept of "country". It is immoral now, and it was immoral back then.

I just find it hypocritical that a country founded by immigrants creates such high standards for foreigners who want to settle there. The "proper channels" that you speak of are a mountain of bureaucracy and absurd laws that one has to navigate through for 3 to 5 years in order to obtain citizenship. It's ridiculous.

There were different tribes in different locations and they attacked one another for power and land all the time. Don't try to sugarcoat American history, it was always vicious.

There's a lot of corruption that isn't said in the media. For instance, there is child trafficking. If people would obey the "bureaucracy" it would stop a lot of it.
