I'm a neat-neck. Kind of obsessive about things being neat and clean.
A couple of months ago, YET ANOTHER vacuum cleaner died. I was sick of BAD vacuums that QUICKLY die. So I did research.... asked around... and spent a LOT (L.O.T.) of money and bought a Miele Complete. Love it. Absolutely love it. And it comes with a full 7 year guarentee. And people I knew said they had theirs for like 20 years. But I was also told to have it services annually (which adds to the already high price). But I love it.
When we had our house warming party, sincerely - THE most appreciated gift were all the gift cards to Home Depot, etc. Used 'em all quickly. But one person brought some very specialized, homemade signs that my wife appreciated. Another gave a set of nice, matching frames for wall pictures.
