So what is your normal diet? What do you eat the most of?

I only ask because I can look in the book and see if any of it is on the bad list for arthritis or not.

I'm a homemaker, so most of our meals are homemade and we eat a lot of chicken (all varieties of dishes).

My problem is that I have allergies...lots of them! I'm finding more and more foods that I can't have as well as some that I cannot tolerate that are not an allergy. Even sticking to fresh foods can be a problem for me :( I'm allergic to foods like avocadoes and squashes/zucchini inflame my joints, so I avoid those.

Sounds like you need that book then so you can read it and learn more about allergies and what will and wont help them.

No, thank you. Allergies are not going to be stopped by taking other foods or supplements.

How do you ever learn anything? You wont watch videos or read books or even believe peoples testimonies.

Do you ever read your bible, or is it all dusty?

Yes, a proper diet can play a significant role in managing allergies by reducng inflammation, strengthening the Immune system, and potentially minimizing the severity of allergic reactions. While diet alone can not cure allergies, certain foods can help alleviate symptoms, and avoiding trigger foods is crucial.
Does anyone have arthritis?

What do you find that helps it or makes it worse?

So, No thank you for an answer to your question? Why did you ask the question if you didn't want an answer?

OTOH, have you ever come against your Arthritis (spirit of Infirmity) in the name of Jesus?

What happened when you did?

Edited to add: Hey look what I found! It came up in my feed on Youtube and so I watched it and lo and behold, the man talks about Arthritis And Allergies, from a Christian perspective of course.

I discovered that this video was prolly from back in the 1970s? Something like that. But he talks spot on and uses scripture with almost everything he says! He tells you everything you need to do..."as if" it were an evil spirit.

This happens a lot to me. I'll be in a thread on a forum and then, a teaching video comes up on my feed about what I had been talking about on the forum!. I doan think that's a coincidence, lol!

They have some other herb called, Valerian root and boy does it stink. I went to the herb store to get some after reading about it (supposed to be good for pain), and she says, oh, Happy Powder! and went and got me some. Now it tastes even worse than it smells, but I had to find out and so I threw a spoonful in the back of my throat and chased it down with some water, and, Yuck! But after about 10 or 15 minutes, I started noticing that I was smiling. Then I noticed y smile was getting bigger! So the sales lady knew something, lol.

That Valerian does make you feel very good and gives you a sense of well being also. I read that when the pied piper played his flute and led all the rats out of town...he very likely had a pocketful of Valerian, and the rats smelled it and liked it so followed him. I dunno if it's true or not.
Valerian smells like an old sweaty gym locker.😆😀
