I saw Top Gun Maverick. It’s really good. You’ll want to watch the first one though.
Funny story. I stopped to eat at Applebee’s with a friend before going to watch it. When you spend more than $25 on food at Applebee’s they give you a free movie ticket to see Top Gun: Maverick. The table next to us overheard that we were planning on watching the movie, so they gave us their receipt too.
So I followed the instructions and submitted both receipts to their website to get the 2 free tickets. They sent back an email saying, “Thanks for your submission. You’ll receive your free tickets in 2 to 5 business days.”
That was Saturday night. So, we didn’t get the free tickets.
But then, Tuesday night I checked my email:
“Oh look. My free tickets came in.”
Well whoop-die doo. I already watched it.
