Another boy shot

Another boy has been shot because he ran from police and then when trapped pulled out a BB gun that at first glance looks like a real gun.

WHY?

WHY would you run first off?

Secondly, WHY would you pull out anything that would resemble a weapon?

If I was a teenager and police officer told me to do something you better believe I would listen. I would not run. I would not fight. I would not mouth off.

I don't believe that the boy deserved to die yet the circumstances surrounding his death are not suspicious since police officers have a right to protect their own lives if threatened. It's so sad that today's society needs to be taught what to do in these situations (on both sides really).

To us it looks like that...to their parents those are sweet little angels who never did any wrong in their entire lives and the police just want them all dead. At least that's what I hear on the news! Maybe the media is once again is agitating the masses?

I have a friend who used to work in social services who said that the people she worked with have a totally different mindset and it's carried through from generation to generation. Right and wrong get blurred at times because they're just trying to survive.

A sad, tragedy.

But what in the ____ was a THIRTEEN year old boy doing PLAYING with a "toy"? What in the _____ was he doing with a toy designed to look EXACTLY like a real gun that criminals use? What in the ________ is the reason ANYONE would make or own or buy or allow a TOY that is designed so that no one can tell it from a real gun? What in the _____ was this THIRTEEN year old "playing" with his "toy" with the cops (who have REAL guns) at a crime scene?


Me thinks there's somein' fishy here..... or at least a LOT more to this than the press would like us to consider.....


And yes, I am profoundly sad this boy is dead.
