I bought a 1954 Schwinn Black Phantom bicycle with a chain siren. I didn't know how I missed those sounds that graced my younger years. The creaks and thumps. The balloon tires as they shoot gravel along the dusty path. I also don't hear many crickets these days. Makes me think of Arachnophobia.
