Should there be a maximum age limit for congress, the presidency, etc.? (Why or why not?)

I think so. We see how the body, reaction time, and even mental state declines as people get older.

No.

I'm in favor of democracy. Let the voters decide who is qualified and who is best person for the position.

No. That would be discriminatory. It is up to the people to not vote for someone who is senile, but if an election is stolen or should I say rigged and a selected individual put in office, then the people have no say.

I think I'd rather see term limits enforced than age limits as such. If an 80-year-old is the best candidate for the office let them have it. Just don't let them be the same person that has held the same office for the last 60 years.

I don't think there should be a maximum age, but I do very much think there should be term limits for everyone involved in government.

Not only term limits but total term limits as well. We want people with some experience leading the country but we also need to avoid a situation where someone sits in the state house for 8 years, then the state senate for 12 years, then Congress for 8 years, then the Senate for 8 years, then does 8 years in the White House as VP, then another 8 years as President.
