I don't care much for drive thru at all. But then they are most closely associated with fast food and I hardly ever eat fast food.

It might be easier to mention a drive-thru I do use, albeit incredibly rarely. I have been known to use a drive-thru ATM. I think that's the only drive-thru I've used at any time since long before the wu-flu.
