    I tried to read the scripture twice a week. In his word, he said that everything he has written will come to pass. This motivates me to read and reflect on his words because I strongly believe that is the guidance that I need to become a better person in life.

    It is not exactly needed. If the paators don't understand that they are also servants in the vineyard, they need to have a rethink. This is what is necessary to know and not to demand that they have a special parking space in the church.
