    How do you reconcile these two verses?

    It seems to me that the two verses are best reconciled by reading them in their historical context. There's no need to contrive an explanation based on the meaning of YHWH. Why not remember that Moses is alleged to be the author and he wrote centuries after the events involving Jacob.

    Anyone familiar with SSD technology?

    An SSD does not have tracks and platters as a HDD does it only has "memory" and that cannot be fragmented in the way that the usual de-fragmentation software expects. One can optimise memory and that is how Windows 10 handles it.

    It is not scepticism (philosophically) but either a lack of credibility on the part of the claimed evidence or else a decision that the evidence cannot bear so great and weighty a conclusion as that God truly IS. The former is very common while the latter is up to the individual.

    You will believe as your conscience dictates. You ought to believe what is true. The basis can only be the truth. These are obvious things. It is not obvious where one can find the truth. Some say "here" and others "over there". Be careful who you follow.
