    Are Catholics boring catechists?

I just see it disrespectful for any leader in Gods church to refer to themselves as "father" when Christ himself condemns it, and not only that but he can take away your sins... its not biblical and yet it is the least of our concern, "it's a title of respect" no it's blasphemy against the word...

What happens between death and the resurrection?

My dad always asks me this and I usually end up saying that God and heaven are outside of time and that the soul is eternal, I just don't have any answer other than that. Athesist

Atheist love to spend their lives focused on mocking and/or refuting Christianity, I find it a fascinating spectacle... seeing that it only strengthens our faith if anything, heck I used to be an atheist but I have to admit that then -if a criminal were to point a gun to my head I would have to...

    Are Catholics boring catechists?

Well people do kiss the Popes (pappas=father) ring and bow down to him so.. anyway my point is that the NT specifically calls this out yet we 'must' utter "father" when addressing a Catholic priest and we can just roll our eyes and remark "well that's the least of our concern" as if it's nothing...

    Are Catholics boring catechists?

Yeah I know, I just wonder why it was ever mentioned in the NT if we can just excuse it entirely, seems like a waste of scroll space... they could have had added something meaningful instead... [emoji52]

Why don't Muslims believe Jesus died on the cross?

A muslim would say that because Jesus was a prophet he died a martyrs death which is not death, it only appears so, but the soul is quickened up to Allah... They reject that Jesus went to hell for three days and not taken up to God after he drew his last breathe

    Are Catholics boring catechists?

Im just saying that being a strict Catholic comes with a lot of heavy baggage, if I were a bit less then the rules wouldn't matter much. Its either all in or not at all... from what I perceive

    Original thought.

One of the first things I read in the NT was the sermon on the mount and I remember agreeing 100% with everything Jesus spoke

    Original thought.

almost ;) but no cigar, Catholicism just has too many rules and procedures involved, I figure if you are going to be Catholic you have to go all in, you can't be a part time Catholic [emoji52]
