    The war on drugs ... does it make any sense?

    Having known plenty of teens and 20 somethings addicted to heroin, I don't think legalizing it would be the answer. They turn to the drug to run away from their problems and will go after it at any cost.

    YES! SO true. And since Genesis the promise of the Savior was given. Do we need the Gospel after becoming a Christian. Most definitely or people begin to trickle into work righteousness mode and want to become their own savior.

    A lot of people want to hear about the Jesus who is tolerant of all. You know the guy, he ate with tax collectors ;) They don't want to know that He died to save them from their sins since they minimize their sins in the first place.

    Yes. A lot of scripture in the New Testament refers back to the ones in the Old Testament.

    Interpretation.

    Going back to the original language can help interpret a piece. Using other portions of scripture also helps. We CAN look to tradition and know that if we come up with something new and unique then why didn't the ancient Christians ever think of it? Must be wrong.
