    i would call the company and see if they will send someone out. i did that when i had a treadmill in Virginia before i was married and they came to my house and fixed it for a small cost. Since it is so old though it might not be worth fixing it

    I use goodreads.com to log the books I read and look for recommendations. Every year they have a challenge where you can set a goal. my goal for this year is 40 books. I will finish my 39th book today.

    There are a lot of studies show that there is a link of some kind between depression and diabetes. Maybe it is the struggle of dealing with such a persistent problem all the time. Or maybe being too high just causes fatigue. I know it does with me.
