Has anyone seen this series? To me it seems like a bit of a commentary on technology and the good, bad, and ugly that can come of its advancement.

Opinions?
So there's a bit of a story before getting to the question - bear with me...
I was with some friends who invited me to a barbecue they were having with some friends from their church (Baptist, iirc...). Anyway, during conversation it came up somehow about an engaged couple - one Catholic, one...
For the last six months or so, I've found myself becoming interested in vinyl again. I've sort of been doing it backward though - buying vinyl without a proper record player. I'll get to it, I promise. I got interested again as I read about some of my favorite bands and their love of their...

@Josiah - you posted an animated 'YouTube' video a couple years back (I think) with one of the characters mispronouncing "Myrrh". That's all I recall about it except it was pretty funny. Was that you who posted it? Do you recall which one?
Thanks in advance! :D
I've noticed that a certain member is posting random polls/questions - almost spamming the forum (imo) with a link to an external forum in the poster's signature. The OP does not (or rarely) post in the threads they create. Are there forum rules for advertising one's own website, and is this a...
Trudeau Joins G20 In Promising Aid To Poor Nations, Rejecting Protectionism
And, again, money is going out to protect others in the midst of our own crises. I DON'T want to see China even mentioned in this crap. But, you know, taking care of our own is "protectionism". smh...

I have never heard of "Tiger King", don't know who this guy is, why he's special all of a sudden, and why he needs attention. Who is he? Should I care? And what exactly is an "...underworld of big cat breeding"?

Hi all - it's been warming up a bit here (subjective!) and I'm going walking again. I have an app that counts steps, calories, distance and all that jazz. What it doesn't do is account for the intensity of the walk, steps, stride, etc - just how many steps and calories based on the generic step...
This is really about the "mechanics" of making posts. If I start to respond to a post, then decide "no, forget it...", I don't see a way to "cancel" that. Whenever I go back to the thread, the post I was responding to will always show up.
Hi all - just a question if anyone has ever been through this. I'm currently going through some things at work regarding my health and concerns that others have brought to my coordinator and manager (no worries, nothing truly disabling). My question is more for anyone who might have been through...
