Cloud Seeding

The military has been studying it since the 1940s, in the 60s they got good at it because they practiced in Vietnam. Nowadays they can do much more than make it rain.

Multiple States, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, New Mexico and others have weather modification laws that cover things like cloud seeding.

I think mostly for the purpose of laying sole claim to rain and other atmospheric moisture as exclusively belonging to them and not allowing claims from some other State (i.e. someone else can't claim that seeding a cloud is taking away the rain that rightfully belongs to them).

I doubt anyone outside of some unseen in crowd actually knows the full extent to which we are able to modify weather and weather patterns today.

Awhile back I read some document purported to be a govt document titled, Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars and the main thrust of the document centered on weather control. Supposedly they can create Typhoons, Hurricanes, and even earthquakes and they do it with that Antenna array that they call HARPP up in alaska. Supposedly they tested it on a third world country and started a earthwuake off shore and that's what made the tidal wave that wiped out over 300,000 of their people.

And! That they did it to Japan also, for welching on war reparations that Japan agreed to pay but never did, and that was what wiped out Fukishima and Japan.

Who really knows if it's true, but I wouldnt put it past them.
