the reason why there is bad people

There bad people everywhere but also good people. God wants bad people to be saved he is patient.

2 Peter 3:9: "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but everyone to come to repentance". This verse emphasizes that God's delay in carrying out his promises is not due to slowness, but rather to his desire for all people to have the opportunity to repent and be saved.

We all have "badness" in us; we all sin, but seldom, thankfully, in very obvious ways. For example, I am impatient and impulsive, and I pray that God will through Jesus' victory replace those old-nature qualities with new-nature patience and self-control.
