What kind of furnace/heat do you have? That's really cold inside! I have a space heater I set to 75 and I have the heat on 75 and it gets hotter in here. My bathroom and bedroom aren't as warm. Been sleeping on the couch.

Sitting up is what kills me. I tend to lean over a bit and that makes it worse. Trying to sit up straight, putting heating pad on my back. Going to put ice on it, too. Pinched nerves are no fun!:banghead:

I have done all the things mentioned above already; I think it's just common sense, granted, not everyone has it. :) I have my furnace on 75, my space heater on 75. I also have my thick robe on. :)
