Lemon meringue was my late father's favorite pie. My wife likes to suggest it when we have get togethers with my family. Not sure anyone else is picking up on it but my wife is just sentimental like that.

Aw, that's really sweet! My husband's family on his mom's side are Italian so this year since we didn't go back "home" for Christmas I made homemade raviolis and meatballs! My husband is so excited.

We all got up around 4AM and gave the guinea pigs some watermelon since they hadn't had it since August. They were so happy! Then we opened gifts while they watched. They'll open theirs once they come out to play since we got them toys.
