went to the gym tonight. First time in a couple of weeks i have gone. I hate going on the weekday evenings because it is too crowded

I hate working out with people around. Last night I went to a park to walk around and there were a couple of people there as well and it just annoys me. I like to have the place to myself

When I went to trail walk today there was a large group of people who were listening to music and yelling and really loud. I passed them quickly and soon they were far behind me. They had a bunch of little kids so that slowed them down

Just got up and ate my breakfast and am waiting for it to warm up outside to take care of things. It's too cold right now to turn the furnace off but hopefully later this week I'll get the chance to do that!

Wondering why this guy sitting outside at Starbucks with his wife and son (?) keeps glaring at me every time I look up. It's freaky.
Then again, I could just be a bit paranoid and he doesn't care a whip about me...

Time to study for a bit. I found a an excellent training video on Udemy that, if I were to attend a seminar on the same topic, would cost me about a grand. This covers the same material as a professional seminar would, but for $20! Excellent resources and downloadable exercises to use with clients as well. I was shocked. It's about 20 hours total! So far the present er is very knowledgeable and is full of information

That site has sales at times and there are a lot of courses to take in all subjects...and you could even teach your own and charge

We celebrated the Baptism of our son on Sunday..... Lots of friends, relatives and coworkers came. We had a lunch reception at our house for 35.

I came back to the office today between visits to do paperwork. I made a referral for one of my kids to a higher level of service and have notes to do. the paperwork seems never ending
