Doesn't 1/3 go immediately for taxes? Also, when you donate don't you have to pay a gift tax or does the recipient pay that? I cannot remember about that part because well, I don't often donate large sums of money and I guess I don't receive either ha. I don't feel lucky enough yet to go out and buy a ticket and I s'pose that if God wanted me to win He'd put a tickle in my ear to buy a ticket at just the right time but no tickle yet, so no ticket bought.
