There's a song. A little girl sees a guy on the Eiffel tower or something and then he walks everywhere in a raincoat and is kind to a cleaner, but I only remember parts of the clip, not the singer, nor the music. If anyone has any idea let me know. I think it's from the 80s or 90s.
And he has angel's wings.

My cat is worthy of more mercy than that [staff edit]. She kills rats and eats their blood and I am disgusted but I still love her because she is God's creature and doing what is in her nature. She cannot help having fanged teeth and claws. God made her, and she is a killer, but I cannot fault her. She is what she is, and I love her. But this (no profanity) adopted her nature. She has no claws or teeth, but she acts like a cat, using words for claws and teeth.

Finally. Found it. It's not the Eiffel tower.

I was watching a documentary on ritual murder and it's relation to European history throughout the ages, and in it it showed some pictures from some children's books of the story "Hansel and Gretel" that looked like they were somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 years old (at a guess). A symbol was painted on the house in 2 of them that would probably never make it to a modern version, so it piqued my interest to look at some older films to see if it was repeated and I found this cartoon, which I just watched. Combination of listening and watching, since we don't have a "what are you watching" thread.
