Thank you Jo. I hope your weekend is a good one! It's going to be very hot here, too. I think the world is having a heat wave! lol I haven't turned my ac on yet. It's not bad in here yet and I have the windows closed to keep out the heat.

We don't have plans for the 4th. My husband didn't take any days off work and we don't go anywhere to watch fireworks. Most places are waiting for the 7th to do their big displays anyway.

Do you have a lot of people setting off fireworks already? Where I used to live people would start in mid-June and end in August LOL They were fanatics! Out here it's not really bad in the country and the Amish don't set them off.

Yes, they have been setting off firecrackers for days now and some before that. I'm afraid to walk Suzy as she may freak out if she sees them burst in the sky. I wish we were in Amish country..:type:

My dog hated fireworks!! I had to take her to the basement and turn on loud music to help console her!

Awwww...poor pooch! Suzy is okay indoors but outside when they flash in the sky she gets scared.
