What do you think about a law banning radio stations from playing advertisements with honking, beeping, or siren noises?

For most of us, that policy would probably be unnecessary; but there must be some people who, because of age or infirmities, could be misled and even panicked by hearing such sounds coming to them over the radio. Some version of the proposal might be worthwhile, therefore, perhaps just dealing with sirens.
