Have any of your pets ever had allergies? My daughter's dog had a severe allergic reaction to something while on a walk and they never could figure out what it was. She had to be rushed to the animal hospital (thankfully someone nearby offered to drive them there because carrying a 65 pound dog is not fun) and survived.
