A new study from the advocacy group Consumer Reports found that Lunchables, the longtime prepackaged boxes popular with children nationwide, have high levels of sodium, lead and other heavy metals. The group is now calling for the federal government to remove them from the National School Lunch Program.

Have you ever had Lunchables?

Mass produced school food is nutritionally trash. Is anyone surprised by this?

I knew they were high in sodium by knowing what all are in them. I didn't know about the metals.

Lunchables are so expensive and they taste awful. The meats are cured meats, so of course they're high in sodium.
